Painting the bathroom ceiling (included sanding, crack repairs and top quality
bathroom Zinsser mould resistant paint)
Decorating the bathroom walls and Woodward (included sanding, crack repairs
any skirting board repairs and top quality Dulux bathroom paint)
Regrouting
Water damaged tiles & grout in shower cubicles and showers over the bath
Replace old unrepairable items example bath panel or shower screen.

Shower or bath area regroutging

Regrouting suitable for

damaged grout
cracks, holes in grout
missing grout
powdery or flaky grout
mould that has spreed into the grout and can not be removed by cleaning

Price from £297 plus vat depending on tiles size, includes removing old grout and applying new grout.

Option 6

Blown tile repair from water damage

To repair the damage any unstable or damaged tiles will be removed along with the sealant and grout in affected area.
The affected wall will be dried out, treated and repaired.
We will always attempt to save your tiles by cleaning them and removing the adhesive. However replacement may be needed depending on tile damage.

Price starts from £697 plus vat depending on damage to the wall

Water damaged tiles & grout in shower cubicles and showers over the bath

This Is suitable for grout or sealant that has deteriorated and been letting water in behind the tiles for a period that has then caused the wall to crumble away and the tiles to lift from the wall. To repair the damaged caused all the sealant and grout will be removed all the effected grout will be completed removed and any unstable tiles removed. The wall behind will be dried out treated and repaired. Your tiles will be cleaned and replaced your grouting & sealant will be replaced to make your area watertight again.
